Appearance and operation: tactiles and optics of control panels and panel switches are today more important than ever. We, the Marquardt Group, are involved in the development of optimal solutions already in the design phase.
Marquardt offers numerous control solutions for the various control concepts: rocker switches, push-push switches, rotary and slide switches which can be combined to attractive and user-friendly control panels. According to the electronic structures of the respective automobile the control panels can be equipped with CAN or LIN bus systems or simply with voltage coding. In order to meet the special requirements in trucks, plus equip a vehicle individually and house the control of the various functions at various places, the switch bus system Maxis was developed. With this system it is easy to position the switches in the automobile according to the customer’s wishes. The respective switch can be universally used in the automobile via its code and assume its programmed function. Thus this system allows us to realize 126 addressable switches.
